An 8-Week Nature-Based Mindfulness Journey

Creating a more peaceful, balanced, and nature-respectful world begins within each of us. By reconnecting with ourselves and the natural world, we peel back layers of conditioning and rediscover our true, peaceful nature, creating positive ripple effects throughout the wider web of life.

Weaving together nature-based practices like Forest Bathing, Forest Mind, and the well established mindfulness programs MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), I facilitate opportunities for deeper connection with nature, others, and themselves. Together these practices open the door to inner peace and resilience, holding withing them ultimately, seeds to planetary well-being.
