Resilience trails
Together with partners from the public and private sectors, resilience trails can be developed that include sensory and reflective exercises placed strategically in the environment to support restoration and strengthen resilience.
Each resilience path reflects a specific theme, defined in collaboration with the surrounding nature and our project partners.

Forest bathing
Forest bathing enhances well-being by reducing stress, strengthening mindfulness, and deepening self-awareness, supporting a fulfilling life even during hardships. Scientific research shows that intentional sensory engagement with the forest benefits well-being in multiple ways. I have explored forest bathing across Japan, Korea, China, and Taiwan, and have been guided by numerous Western forest bathing instructors. My consulting draws inspiration from this combination of knowledge and personal experience.
Forest Mind guide & instructor trainings
Forest Mind is a Finnish wellbeing method that combines forest bathing with mindkills exercises (e.g. mindfulness, self-reflection). A Forest Mind walk or workshop can be facilitated in a forest, park, garden, or even indoors with the help of natural imagery.
Forest Mind Guide Training is a 1-day course that gives you the tools to lead groups of friends or colleagues in basic Forest Mind exercises to support well-being. Price: €250 including training materials, supervision of homework, and certification.
Forest Mind Instructor Training prepares you to guide others more deeply in the method, leading walks and sessions, and organizing Forest Mind well-being days. The training consists of a 6-week hybrid program with self-study, face-to-face sessions, and online modules. Price: €650 including training materials, supervision of homework, and certification.
Both trainings are recommended to be complemented with the NatureMinded MBSR training. A special price is available for FM trainees/guides/instructors.

Guided meditations
I offer guided meditation sessions for both beginners and experienced meditators, held in a variety of inspiring locations – from forests and parks to gardens or peaceful indoor spaces. The sessions are designed to support a gentle yet profound experience, helping you cultivate focus, reduce stress, and feel more grounded in daily life.


General consulting
I offer advice and consultancy on how environmental psychology interventions can shape situations, spaces, and people. I also regularly speak about the importance of nature connection and forest bathing, highlighting the vital role of finding time in nature in today’s fast-paced world. My work combines evidence-based insights with practical experience to inspire meaningful change.
