A Nature-Based Mindfulness Journey

Many of us today live in a kind of survival state. Life feels flat, dull, and repetitive, as if every day blends into the next. We go through our days, but deep down, something feels off. There is a quiet unease in the face of life and the world as it is. You might not even have the words for it, but it feels like being stuck.
Maybe you’ve noticed that you lose your temper easily, that joy and calm feel far away, or that you can’t remember the last time you truly felt alive. There’s a quiet question whispering in the background:

“Is this all there is?”

That’s where NatureMinded Mindfulness comes in.

I offer a nature-based, eight-week mindfulness program designed to help you move beyond survival and to reconnect with yourself, your senses, and the living world around you. This program combines my professional training, lived experience, and a deep passion for nature and human well-being.

Choose Your Path

You have two options to join this journey:

Fully Online Program

Perfect for those who want to participate from anywhere in the world. You will receive:

  • Weekly live online group sessions (2,5h)

  • Guided meditations you can do wherever you are

  • Forest bathing recordings and invitations to step outside in your own time, supporting your “informal” mindfulness practice

  • Creative and reflective exercises to weave nature back into your daily life — even if you are surrounded by concrete

All you need is an internet connection and a little patch of sky, green, or even a houseplant to anchor your practice.

Fully Offline Local Group

Available for those who want to join in person in the local area in Belgium, 3 hrs a week. You will have:

  • Weekly face-to-face Mindfulness sessions in a calm indoor space

  • Guided forest bathing and nature-connected mindfulness exercises outdoors during each session

  • A chance to meet new people, feel connected to others with similar aspirations

This option allows you to reconnect with nature and community, right where you are. The group will form in the city/province where most participants reside.

What We Explore

Across both versions, you’ll learn to:

  • Understand what stress really is – and how it shows up in your body, how it makes you behave, and how you sometimes make it worse without knowing

  • Reconnect with your physical self through mindful movement

  • Build your “meditation muscle” – starting small, growing with support

  • Approach things with choice, i.e. more mindfully even during busy or difficult moments

  • Experience nature not as something “out there,” but as a guide and companion

Each week, we explore a new theme, bringing in symbolisms and examples from nature, and whether you are online or offline, you will be invited to engage with nature as part of your journey.

The Result

By the end of the program, you may find that you:

  • Feel more grounded, spacious, and connected

  • Treat yourself with more kindness and curiosity

  • Experience more moments of genuine calm and contentment

  • Find that life has more colour, taste, and nuances

  • You may start noticing nature closer by and feeling a closer bond with the living world around you

This isn’t just an 8-week program but an invitation to a new rhythm. One you can continue following, in your own way, long after week 8.
