I offer a nature-based, eight-week mindfulness program designed to help you move beyond survival and reconnect — with yourself, your senses, and the living world around you. This program combines my professional training, lived experience, and a deep passion for nature and human well-being.

Perfect for those who want to participate from anywhere in the world. You will receive:

  • Creative and reflective exercises to weave nature back into your daily life — even if you're surrounded by concrete

All you need is an internet connection and a little patch of sky, green, or even a houseplant to anchor your practice.

Available for those who want to join in person in the local area. You will have:

  • Weekly face-to-face sessions in a calm indoor space

  •  Guided forest bathing and outdoor mindfulness during each session

  •  A supportive group of people who meet, breathe, and grow together
