Resilience trails

Together with partners from the public and private sectors, resilience trails can be developed that include sensory and reflective exercises placed strategically in the environment to support restoration and strengthen resilience.

Each resilience path reflects a specific theme, defined in collaboration with the surrounding nature and our project partners.

Nature Connection Workshop

Grounded in scientific evidence, these workshops invite participants to experience the different pathways to nature connection through guided exercises and group reflection. Participants explore how contact with the living world supports regulation, clarity, and connection both individually and collectively.

Ideal as a meaningful team-building experience that creates shared insight.

Forestminds guide & instructor trainings

Forestminds is a Finnish wellbeing method that combines forest bathing with mindkills exercises (e.g. mindfulness, self-reflection). A Forestminds walk or workshop can be facilitated in a forest, park, garden, or even indoors, using natural imagery.

Forestminds Guide Training is a 1-day course that gives you the tools to lead groups of friends or colleagues in basic Forestminds exercises to support well-being.

Forestminds Instructor Training prepares you to guide others more deeply in the method, leading walks and sessions, and organizing Forestminds well-being days.

Both trainings are recommended to be complemented with the NatureMinded MBSR training. A special price is available for Fms trainees/guides/instructors.

Life Resilience Programme – Weaving Nature Contact into Wellbeing

NEW: A 7-week group trajectory to bring you closer to nature, improve your wellbeing, and take steps that benefit the living Earth. The first training for trainers will be held in Finland this August.

Sauna sessions

Those new to sauna may view it as simply a place for wellbeing, leaving much out and diluting its deeper tradition. Rooted in a culture with thousands of years of sauna practice, I offer guidance for those who own a sauna, or are considering building one, on how to work with this healing space beyond wellness. My sessions reveal the sauna’s origins and explore how your existing or future sauna can be used respectfully and in connection with nature’s healing forces. I offer advice tailored to your sauna and situation, as well as sauna workshops with self-made vihtas.

General consulting

I offer advice and consultancy on how environmental psychology interventions can shape situations, spaces, and people. I am also regularly invited to speak on the importance of nature connection, the gifts of forest bathing, and the hidden wisdom of the sauna, which combines all of the above, highlighting the vital role of finding time in nature in today’s fast-paced world. My work combines evidence-based insights with practical experience to inspire meaningful change.
